Certifications

Intertranslations holds a number of quality and data safety certifications awarded by international organizations that differentiate it globally.

EN 15038:2006

EN 15038 is a quality standard developed especially for translation services providers.

EN 15038 standard ensures the consistent quality of the service. It requires regular audits by the certification body, and if any discrepancy is found, the certification shall be revoked.

ISO 17100:2015

The ISO 17100:2015 standard specifies requirements for all aspects of the translation process directly affecting the quality and delivery of translation services.

It includes provisions for translation service providers (TSPs) concerning the management of core processes, minimum qualification requirements, the availability and management of resources, and other actions necessary for the delivery of a quality translation service.It does not apply to the use of raw output from machine translation plus post-editing or to interpreting services.

ISO 9001:2008

The ISO 9001:2008 standard is designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or program.

It deals with the fundamentals of quality management systems, and more specifically, the requirements that organizations wishing to meet the standard must fulfill.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is an information security standard that is a specification for an information security management system (ISMS).

The official title of the standard is "Information technology — Security techniques — Information security management systems — Requirements". It helps organizations who aim to comply with multiple standards, to improve their IT from different perspectives.
