• terminology – database creation
• storage and filing of each project up to 6 years
• conversion of all hard copy documents to PDF files
• lay out of the translation text on the basis of the original, for all files processed by MS Office
• colour and black & white printing for specific translation projects
• issue of an electronic signature for data safety
